mental capacity assessments & Lasting Powers of Attorney
I provide Mental Capacity Assessments to protect rights and plan for the future. I also assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA), supporting completion and capacity certification (please note OPG registration fees apply). In hoarding cases, I work empathetically at the individual's pace to prevent eviction, utilizing Personal Budgets and providing structured plans for funders.
Expert Witness
With over 20 years of experience, I serve as an expert witness for law firms and local authorities, providing detailed court reports and assessments. I simplify NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) through expert screening, checklists, and DST appeals. Additionally, I offer compliance support for practice standards and mentor students as a qualified Practice Educator (PEA).
